The Experts Cloud Pvt Ltd team needed higher operational leverage without adding headcount. Manual workflows and fragmented tools were slowing response times and burying operators in repetitive work.

Approach : Claude agentic harness

InferentCloud designed a Claude-powered agentic harness around the real workflow: tool access, memory of prior steps, guardrails for risky actions, and human approval gates. Agents handle the repeatable path; people own exceptions.

Solution

Built the admin surface for an agentic product: operators inspect Claude harness runs, edit knowledge, and manage users without touching infrastructure. Tables, editors, and review queues are designed around agent observability.

Outcome

Operators gained a production AI system they can supervise : faster cycle times, clearer audit trails, and a harness that can be evaluated and improved as the business changes.
