Solution

Designed an agentic migration experience for the HeyEd stack. Claude plans migration batches, calls validation tools, and pauses for human confirmation on risky transforms. The harness tracks every tool call so migrations are auditable and repeatable.

Operators gained a production AI system they can supervise : faster cycle times, clearer audit trails, and a harness that can be evaluated and improved as the business changes.
